Christelle Dubouchet is a Paris-based attorney at law at Custax & Legal with experience in E.U. Customs law and export controls, a U.C. Berkeley LL.M. graduate, and a member of the Paris Bar (2014), the N.Y. State Bar. (2021), and the State Bar of California (2021).
Before studying at U.C. Berkeley, she worked for three years as a senior associate in Customs law and international trade at Arsene in Paris. Her work included analyzing risks, preparing defense strategies, ensuring relationships with the relevant authorities to obtain the best outcomes, and identifying necessary internal procedure modifications.
Mrs. Dubouchet's experience in advisory works and litigation allows her to deal with export controls, Customs valuation, tariff classification, Customs reliefs, preferential and non-preferential origin, green taxes, and excise duties issues.
Christelle has earned Pro Bono Honors at U.C. Berkeley for her work at United Nations Practicum, International Refugee Assistance Project, and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act and Small Businesses Program of U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
