Oleksii Fedotov is a professor at Maritime and Customs Law Department at the National University 'Odessa Law Academy' (Ukraine). He received his PhD in Law from National University `Odesa Law Academy` in 2004. Oleksii has 20 years of experience in teaching customs law. He now teaches courses and performs research in customs law, public administration in customs and anti-smuggling law. He has been working in local Ukrainian companies for more than 7 years as a specialist in customs consulting and declaration of goods. He is also Attorney-at-Law and Member of Ukrainian National Bar Association.
