Ramūnas Šablinskas is an IT solution architect, working as a technical product manager at CC Learning UAB (CustomsClear). Mr. Šablinskas has an extensive experience in digital identity and electronic signature frameworks, which had been introduced in various EU countries (including Lithuania) since 2004.
