Dr Milita Vienažindienė

Milita Vienažindienė is a doctor of social sciences with more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in higher education institutions.

For 18 years she worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management of KTU, and since 2017 she has been working as an associate professor at the Faculty of Bioeconomy Development of VMU. Subjects taught: International Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Logistics Systems Design and Modelling. Currently, she is the chair of the programme committee of the VMU Master's degree programme Business Logistics, and a member of the programme committee of the Bachelor's degree programmes Logistics and Trade and Bioeconomy Business Management. She supervises final theses, actively participates in study and research projects.

Milita has published more than 20 articles in scientific journals, presenting research results in the fields of green logistics, supply chain management, sustainable behaviour of organisations and individuals, flexible work organisation, implementation of the Lean concept, etc. She has co-authored an international monograph, 2 textbooks and 4 educational books.
