Ramūnas Šablinskas is an IT solution architect, working as a technical product manager at CC Learning UAB (CustomsClear). Mr. Šablinskas has an extensive experience in digital identity and electronic signature frameworks, which had been introduced in various EU countries (including Lithuania) since 2004. He was a solution architect for Mobile Identity solution implemented by the mobile telecommunications operators in Lithuania and he helped to build the digital identity frameworks in Estonia, Norway and Finland.
