Svetlana Seregina is a Partner and the General Director of the PETERKA & PARTNERS Moscow office admitted to practice in Russia.
With over 13 years of experience in law, Svetlana regularly advises major international and European corporations on all stages of Russian and cross-border M&As, on both the buyer’s and the seller’s sides. She has vast experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, anti-money laundering and day-to-day corporate matters, including relating to customs issues.
Svetlana was recognized by the peer review guide Best Lawyers 2019 in the area of Corporate Law. Svetlana was also included in the shortlist of recommended lawyers of the Pravo.ru-300 (the most comprehensive and consistent Russian survey of the legal services market) in the area of Labour and Migration Law.
